Kirk founded the business in 2003 as Kirk's Automotive Sth Townsville. The business has continued to grow in leaps and bounds, and Kirk formally renamed it Kirk Auto Know Mechanical in 2016. The business is run by Kirk and his wife Kylie, who looks after the admin side of things. When you visit, you’ll also get a warm welcome by Aussie and Bella–their two dogs.

Great customer service has always been at the forefront of Kirk and Kylie’s business philosophy. For your convenience, Kylie can arrange a drop-off and pick-up service in Townsville (for pre-arranged bookings only). Kirk is able to service virtually all vehicle makes and models, fitting genuine and non genuine part according to our client's preference, and conducting meticulous testing.
